We saw two of these during the 2015 trip, a large one at Kirby's rock and the smaller near Bethlehem. The larger one was in a patch of Xenia soft coral.
Another was found in Xenia soft coral at Red Palm on a night dive.
Others were found in several locations around Anilao.
