We saw these at Gilimanuk, Bulakan and Tianyar.
The two below from Bulakan and Seraya also resembleAntennarius striatus but appear to have smaller escas not shaped like a worm.
This smaller one below is from Tianyar.
The ID on the one below from Melasti is also somewhat tentative.
